Seasonal Plan Terms
How our flat-rate monthly plans for snow removal, lawn care, cleanup and landscaping work.

The short version
- One flat monthly price, unlimited visits within the plan.
- No contract: cancel any time before your next month.
- Each plan runs during its season; the dates are shown with the plan.
What a plan includes
A seasonal plan covers the service described on the plan you chose — for example, snow clearing after each snowfall above the plan's trigger amount, or regular mowing at the plan's frequency — for one flat monthly price, with no per-visit charges.
Plans are priced for residential properties of the size you selected. Commercial and multi-unit properties are handled through a separate contract.
Season dates
Each plan runs during its season in Calgary — for example, snow plans from October to April. The exact months are shown with the plan before you sign up. Your plan starts in the month you sign up, or at the start of the next season if it hasn't begun.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance, plus GST. We'll tell you before your monthly price changes, and a change never applies to a month you've already paid for.
Service times
Each plan states how quickly we aim to service your property, such as “cleared within 24 hours after snow stops falling”. During extreme or prolonged storms, city-wide emergencies or unsafe conditions, times may be longer; we'll keep you updated.
Pausing or cancelling
There's no contract. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us, and you won't be billed again. The current month isn't refunded, and service continues until it ends.
If a monthly payment fails or is past due, we may pause visits until it's settled.
