How fast can you come after a storm?
Bookings need at least 24 hours' notice, and the earliest open times are shown when you book. In a big storm times fill quickly, so booking early or choosing a monthly plan gets you on the route first.
How much snow before you come?
A crew is sent from about 1 cm of snowfall.
Is there an extra charge on storm days?
Last-minute and storm-day times carry a small urgency surcharge. It is shown in your price before you confirm.
Can I just pay for one storm?
Yes. Book a single visit, or choose a monthly plan if you want us to come every time it snows.
