How much snow before you come?
A crew is sent from about 2 cm of snowfall. It's the same trigger written into our snow plans.
Can I book snow removal for tomorrow?
Bookings need at least 24 hours' notice. Last-minute and storm-day times carry a small urgency surcharge, shown before you confirm.
One visit or a monthly plan?
A single visit suits an occasional storm. A monthly plan is a flat price for the whole winter and we come each time it snows.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel for free until your crew is on the way.
How do I pay?
By credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Interac e-Transfer. Bigger bills can be paid in 2 easy payments.
